Stainless Steel 310 Flanges Manufacturer & Supplier

Stainless steel 310 Flanges are a high-performance austenitic chromium-nickel alloy that is mainly made to perform in high-temperature applications. The flanges are produced as per the specification of ASTM A182 / F310, F310S, and F310H in order to align with the international quality standard. Such flanges are produced using 24-26 % chromium and 19 to 22 % nickel and this gives them oxidation and resistance to corrosion in high-temperature conditions. Amardeep Steel is the trusted manufacturer and supplier of SS 310 Flanges in India and other regions of the globe. The types of these flanges vary and they are weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joints from NPS 1/2" to 48" in and the classes between 150 LBS to 2500 LBS.
This stainless steel flanges are designed to be used in high temperatures up to 1150 °C (2102 °F) and intermittent service up to 1040°C; hence it can be used in various structures, including furnace components, heat treatment equipment, petrochemical refineries and in high temperature pipelines. UNS S31000 flanges are produced with superior carburization resistance, sulfidation resistance, thermal cycling resistance and high reliability under the most adverse industrial conditions. To ensure compatibility across the globe and to ensure quality, our forged 310 flanges are offered in raised face (RF), flat face (FF) and ring type joint (RTJ) designs to international standards, such as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, DIN, EN1092 and BS 4504.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum temperature for SS 310 flanges?
SS 310 flanges are designed for high-temperature service and can withstand continuous temperatures up to 1150°C. They also offer good oxidation resistance in intermittent service conditions.
What is the difference between 310 and 310S flanges?
The key difference lies in carbon content, 310S has lower carbon than 310, which minimizes carbide precipitation during welding. This makes 310S more suitable for welded applications.
What is the chemical composition of ASTM A182 F310 flanges?
ASTM A182 F310 flanges typically contain 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel, along with controlled amounts of carbon, manganese, and silicon. This composition ensures excellent heat and corrosion resistance.
What are the mechanical properties of stainless steel 310 flanges?
SS 310 flanges offer high tensile strength, good ductility, and hardness, along with excellent resistance to thermal stress. These properties make them suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
What is UNS S31000 material?
UNS S31000 is the unified numbering system designation for Stainless Steel 310, known for its superior oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. It is widely used in heat-resistant applications.
What is the melting point of SS 310 flanges?
The melting point of SS 310 ranges between 1400°C and 1450°C, allowing it to maintain structural integrity in extreme heat conditions. This makes it ideal for furnace and heat treatment equipment.
What is SS 310H (ASTM A182 F310H)?
SS 310H is a high-carbon variant of SS 310 with a carbon content of 0.04–0.10%. The higher carbon improves creep strength and long-term strength retention at temperatures above 800°C. It is specified for critical high-temperature pressure vessel and boiler applications under ASME Section VIII.
