Hastelloy C276 UNS N10276
- Ni-Mo-Cr alloy with 15–17% Mo and 14.5–16.5% Cr
- Up to 4% tungsten for added reducing-acid resistance
- Outstanding resistance to HCl, H2SO4, and wet-process phosphoric acid
- Industry benchmark for FGD scrubbers and chloride-bearing streams
- Werkstoff Nr. 2.4819 / GOST KhN65MVU
Hastelloy C22 UNS N06022
- Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with 12.5–14.5% Mo and 20–22.5% Cr
- Higher chromium than C276, giving superior oxidising-acid resistance
- Excellent for mixed oxidising/reducing acid service and nitric acid
- Outstanding pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride media
- Werkstoff Nr. 2.4602 / EN NiCr21Mo14W
Hastelloy B2 UNS N10665
- Ni-Mo binary alloy with 26–30% Mo and maximum 2% Cr
- Highest molybdenum content in the family for reducing-acid service
- Superior resistance to boiling, concentrated HCl at all concentrations
- Not suitable for oxidising acids or FGD service (low chromium)

Q1. Can you supply Hastelloy flanges with EN 10204 3.1 certification?
Yes. All Hastelloy flanges are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTCs. Third-party inspection from SGS, BV, TUV, Lloyds, or DNV can also be arranged before shipment for export and EPC project requirements.
Q2. Which Hastelloy flange grade is best for hydrochloric acid service?
Hastelloy B2 is preferred for concentrated hydrochloric acid in reducing conditions due to its high molybdenum content. For mixed or oxidising acid environments, Hastelloy C276 is generally recommended.
Q3. Do you stock Hastelloy flanges in Class 1500 and 2500?
Yes. We supply Hastelloy flanges in ASME B16.5 pressure classes from 150# to 2500#, including weld neck, blind, slip-on, socket weld, RTJ, and custom forged flanges for high-pressure applications.
