Manufacturing Processes

Our production and sourcing network covers the complete process chain: hot rolling for plate, sheet and structural sections; cold drawing for precision tube and bar dimensional tolerances and improved surface finish; forging for fittings and flanges requiring directional grain flow and higher mechanical integrity than cast or machined-from-bar alternatives; precision machining to drawing tolerance; heat treatment (solution annealing, normalizing, stress relieving) to achieve specified mechanical and corrosion-resistance properties; and pickling & passivation to restore full corrosion resistance to stainless and alloy surfaces after fabrication.

Testing & Inspection

Every order can be supported with: Positive Material Identification (PMI) to verify alloy composition before dispatch; Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for internal defect detection; Hydrostatic testing to verify pressure integrity; Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) testing for austenitic and duplex stainless grades; Radiography (RT) for weld and casting integrity; Hardness testing; Flattening and flaring tests for tube ductility; and third-party inspection by agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Lloyd’s Register and Intertek, with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1/3.2 issued on every shipment.
