ASTM B564 Inconel X-750 Flanges Manufacturer & Supplier in India

Inconel X-750 flanges are always among the most technically sound options that an engineering team can specify for applications involving high cyclic stresses, extreme temperatures, and oxidizing environments. This is made with hardened nickel-chromium superalloy (UNS N07750 and DIN 2.4669), which is the best choice material when standard stainless or carbon-steel flanges will fail at temperatures up to 700°C (1300°F). Amardeep Steel Centre is one of the specialized suppliers and exporters of ASTM B564 Inconel X-750 Flanges and other Inconel Flanges with quality standards set to the highest international standards. We have all types of flanges from weld neck to blind, up to a pressure class of 2500 LBS and from ½" NB to 48" NB. We only use raw material from certified mills and all batches of raw material are checked, tested and documented before leaving the mill. From a gas turbine hot section bolted joint to a nuclear reactor pressure vessel connection, to a high-temp petrochemical reactor nozzle, our UNS N07750 flanges are designed to perform in situations where the margin for error is nonexistent.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum service temperature for Inconel X-750 flanges?
Inconel X-750 flanges are commonly used up to 700°C (1300°F) in high-stress applications. For oxidation resistance under lighter loads, they can perform up to around 980°C (1800°F).
What is the difference between Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750) and Inconel 718 (UNS N07718)?
Both are nickel superalloys, but Inconel X-750 offers better oxidation and stress relaxation resistance at high temperatures, while Inconel 718 provides higher strength and improved weldability.
Is Inconel X-750 compliant with NACE MR0175 for sour service?
Yes. Inconel X-750 is suitable for sour gas applications under NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, provided the hardness limits are properly maintained.
What heat treatment condition do you supply the flanges in?
ASTM B564 Inconel X-750 flanges are generally supplied in solution annealed and age-hardened condition. Annealed-only condition is also available on request.
Can you supply Inconel X-750 flanges to DIN or EN standards?
Yes. UNS N07750 flanges can be supplied in EN, DIN, BS, ANSI, and ASME standards with different pressure ratings and facing types.
