
UNS S32615 flanges are manufactured to fit in piping systems that are subject to severe corrosion whereby sulfuric and other corrosive gases are crucial. These flanges are made of high-silicon and high-copper austenitic stainless steel and are designed to provide leak-proof connections and provide long service life in harsh chemical processing conditions. UNS S32615 Tube – Heat Treatment
Solution Annealing: Heat to 1050–1150°C followed by rapid water quenching. This process relieves internal stresses and restores the alloy’s full corrosion resistance after fabrication.
