C44300 Admiralty Brass Tubes Manufacturer and Exporter in India

C44300 Admiralty Brass Tubes Manufacturer

Amardeep Steel Centre is an ISO-certified manufacturer and exporter of C44300 Admiralty Brass Tubes, supplying ASTM B111 / ASME SB111 seamless and ERW tubes to power plants, oil refineries, desalination facilities, and marine engineering projects across 100+ countries. Our admiralty brass tubes carry a 70 to 73% copper composition with arsenic inhibitor, delivering proven dezincification resistance in fresh, brackish and seawater cooling circuits.

Admiralty metal tubes are widely used in heat exchangers in oil refineries, where corrosion from sulfur compounds and sewage can be very serious. They are also used in feedwater heaters, heat exchanger equipment, and other industrial processes. At Amardeep Steel Centre, every C44300 tube batch undergoes 100% eddy-current testing and hydrostatic pressure testing per ASTM B111 before dispatch. Mill Test Reports (MTRs) and material certificates are issued on request.

Admiralty brass tubes are typically used where abrasive solids are not suspended in lakes and rivers, in fresh and clean water. Brackish water and salt water can also be used. The arsenic inhibitor prevents dezincification of the alloy and the fully annealed material also resists stress corrosion cracking. In waters with dissolved solids below 2000 ppm, a maximum velocity of 1 m/s (3.0 ft/s) is recommended. For coastal seawater applications, velocities of up to 3 m/s (10 ft/s) are acceptable. In slightly polluted (sulfided) water, the addition of tin improves overall corrosion resistance.
