UNS N08810 Tubes, also referred to as Incoloy 800H or Alloy 800H, are nickel-iron-chromium alloy tubes designed to be used in elevated-temperature applications where creep and stress-rupture strength are considerations. This alloy has about 32% Ni and 21% Cr, which give resistance to oxidation, carburization and nitriding when exposed to high temperatures for periods of time. Lower carbon content 0.05%–0.10% with ASTM grain size No. 5 or coarser for better long-term structural stability. Available tubes are straight, U-bent and coiled according to ASTM B163, ASTM B407 and ASTM B515. Amardeep Steel provides UNS N08810 Tubes for reformer, cracking furnace, heat exchanger and high temperature process purposes.
