UNS N08811 Pipes & Tubes, also referred to as Incoloy 800HT or Alloy 800HT, are pipes and tubes made from a Nickel Iron Chromium alloy suitable for long-term use in high temperatures with excellent strength properties. They can be made as either seamless or welded types according to ASTM B407, B163, B514, and B515 standards. The alloy employs the controlled levels of carbon between 0.06% - 0.10%, and aluminium & titanium together between 0.85% - 1.20%. There is an additional treatment of the material in solution annealed condition with a minimum temperature of 1149°C (2100°F) and an ASTM grain size of No. 5 or higher. The materials can have heat traceability and EN 10204 3.1 MTCs. Amardeep Steel supplies UNS N08811 Pipes & Tubes for critical high-temperature applications.
