UNS N08535 Round Bar Manufacturer and Supplier in India

UNS N08535 Round Bar

UNS N08535 Round Bar, sometimes called Alloy 8535 or 2535, is an advanced superaustenitic alloy created specifically for harsh oil field and downhole conditions. The alloy, which consists of nickel, iron, chromium, and molybdenum, offers stable properties under HPHT well conditions and H₂S-containing corrosive environment. UNS N08535 round bars are produced in the solution-annealed state in order to ensure necessary properties. In case of sour service application, materials can be supplied qualified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standard. In addition, chemical and mechanical test certificates, as well as EN 10204 3.1 MTCs, are available. Amardeep Steel supplies UNS N08535 Round Bars for demanding oilfield service requirements.
