Inconel X-750 Pipes & Tubes

Inconel X-750 Pipes & Tubes

Inconel X 750 pipes and tubes are used where a nickel alloy needs to maintain high strength across a wide temperature range. W.Nr. 2.4669, or UNS N07750, is a nickel- Chromium alloy subject to precipitation hardening with titanium, aluminium and niobium, which is particularly useful. This alloy can withstand extremely high temperatures as well as very low degrees of heat after aging has been done. Amardeep Steel is a producer of seamless Inconel X 750 pipes used in situations when strength and toughness at still low temperatures is expected. For related product requirements, see our Inconel X-750 round bars, compare Inconel 718 pipes and tubes, or browse all Inconel pipes and tubes. Every order includes an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and full heat traceability.

What Are Inconel X-750 Pipes and Tubes?

X-750 is based on Inconel 600 with additions of titanium, aluminium and niobium that form a gamma prime strengthening phase during ageing. It resists oxidation and corrosion up to about 700°C and has useful strength above that. Tube is used for springs, ducting, pressure vessel parts and hot section hardware in gas turbines and rocket engines.

Heat Treatment of X-750 Tube

X-750 tube is usually supplied annealed for forming, then aged after fabrication. The common route is solution treatment followed by ageing at about 704°C (1300°F) for 20 hours. State the required condition and heat treatment on your order, as the strength depends on it.
