Features of The Equipment

To control pressure and speed, the hydraulic and electrical systems use a touch screen, a PLC, and a proportional valve. It can perform automatic and semi-automatic activities. 1. It's perfect for chamfering LR and SR of 90°, 60°, 45°, and 30° elbows with sizes ranging from 1/2" to 48" at both ends at the same time. One beveling power head is permanent, while the other is adjustable and may be used to alter the beveling angle.

2. The machines are equipped with a high-precision locating device for elbow jigs in various angles, as well as an excellent hydraulic clamping device and a separate hydraulic power unit. The use of sliding tables with capabilities such as fast feeding, inching, and fast retreat ensures worker safety.

3. For each cutter, there are three tips in different angles that serve for a different range of work and can work simultaneously to ensure effective cutting, fully satisfy the stable requirements of the guide track under the status of strong cutting, save working time, and improve production efficiency.

7. Elbows can be created in a single step, eliminating the requirement for shape calibration. Suitable for high-volume, high-efficiency production.

8. The pushing heads and pushing rods have a unique structure that is tailored to varied processing sizes and wall thicknesses, ensuring a qualified ratio and excellent precision.
