India is looking to become the second largest Steel Producer in the part the world and it was announced by the Steel minister Chaudhary Birender Singh. Here India steel session was not yet to be what it is today. Why because it has loan stress on it and it was matters of serious concern for the banking part as well as the RBI. In the year 2015, India was at the third largest steel producer of the cruder steel in the worlds as it against its fourth position in the year 2014. India left behind the US to obtain the position which said by the steel minister.
When you want to views what India produced last is 100 MT and Japan produce 104 MT. so India has a great chance to become the second largest steel producer in the world in a very short time. on the other hand, Further Singh said in 2016 to 2017, India become the net exporter of the current steel with the average range of the 8.2 MT of exports and around 102% get registering a 102 cent growth for all previous fiscal.
Hence the Steel minister is looking forward to taking export to double digits and India will be the largest steel exporter in the world in the next 2 to 3 years. In an additional same fiscal, imports were reduced by 37 percent at the range of the 7.42 MT and as result of the government get more initiatives. Then India added up to 16.5 million tonnes of the crude steel during the last three years.
He announced that the legal matters in the sector must be taken up on the faster basis and they can take necessary action as soon as possible.
